My background is in holistic psychology, mind-body psychology and mindfulness. I work mainly from a trauma-informed perspective. I believe that we are not an isolated element but we constantly interact with our environment. We cannot be defined by a diagnosis and everyone has an immense potential to heal. My mentor used to say, you either find balance or balance will find you. At times of our pain we are presented with a unique opportunity to process painful experiences, discover ourselves, to adjust and change what does not work and move towards a healthier way of living. I will work with you on your journey to know yourself and find a way to restore balance and live your life to its fullest potential.
